Pick up Information

PC Disposals Recycling in Brisbane is an initiative to provide Business customers with an easy solution to dispose of used computing equipment in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. This service offers to take back end-of-life or outdated computing products at no cost to your institution or business in the Brisbane Metro area. There is no requirement on how many items we will pick up. This service applies to businesses within the Brisbane Metro area only. We also pick up office items, examples can be found on the "What we collect" page..

NOTE: CRT monitors ( CATHODE RAY TUBE MONITORS ) will incur a pick up charge,
We do not take TYPEWRITERS OR DOT MATRIX PRINTERS

What you need to do!

Firstly, you need to complete the disposal form so we know what you need to have picked up. All items for pick up need to be in an accessable area for us to pick up. Small items eg: cables, harddrives and parts need to be placed in a suitable carton for transport. All large items eg: Monitors, servers, pc's etc do not need to be cartonised or put on a pallet.

Pick up times

Our pick up times are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday not including public holidays, with the exception that the last pick up for Friday, the cut off time will be 1.30pm in Brisbane City, if Friday is a public holiday the time be applied to Thursday. If you have a requirement that you require a pick up out of our times or normal work days you need to contact us to arrange this added service. This service is not same day.
