Terms and Conditions of use

These Terms and Conditions of use ('Terms and Conditions') govern your use of PC Disposals, and any linked pages ('web site').
Your use of this web site/ disposal form will mean you accept these Terms and Conditions.
PC Disposals Terms and Conditions are not able to be Copied, Negotiated or Changed in any way, form or shape.
You must agree to the terms before you can Submit your Items of Disposal.
You must complete the form in the prescribed manner by filling out the required disposal form and then agreeing to the terms and conditions, all items submitted for disposal will become the property of Brisbane Computer Recyclers and will be disposed of responsibly.
We do not send any computing to local council tips. All computing that cannot be recycled by us will be donated to charity. All computing which has passed its life will be broken up and sent to the respective reclamation recyclers.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you say that the items for disposal are not stolen, missapropriated, on loan, borrowed, currently on lease, have moneys owing or breach Australian copyright laws.
We do not accept any CRT monitors up to and including 15" in size or any CRT broken monitors any size, broken printers, stripped computers or copied software or copied paperbacks. Re: Copyright laws.
We pick up are between 9-5 Monday to Friday unless your pick up is urgent, then you will need to contact us by phone to arrange the pick up time and place.

Harddrives

We do not accept responsiblity for information which is saved to the harddrive and found to be left behind once the computer becomes our property. If you feel that information is sensitive on the harddrive you need to notify us so that we can take the necessary action to erase or destroy the harddrive. Once the harddrive becomes our property we erase the data contained on the harddrive with a 3 pass wipe before it is passed on to its new owner. If you require proof of erasure or destruction we need to be contacted by email in writing.
